Dunes of Panama is one of Panama City Beach's premier Gulf-front resorts, offering over 1,500 feet of sugar-white beachfront and breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast. This gated community is known for its spacious grounds, tropical landscaping, and resort-style amenities that make it a favorite for families, couples, and snowbirds alike.

Guests enjoy access to three Gulf-front swimming pools, a seasonally heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, a fitness center, charcoal grilling areas, and direct private beach access. On-site dining at Stingray's Restaurant and the popular Sneaky Tiki Bar make it easy to enjoy a meal or refreshing drink without ever leaving the resort.

Conveniently located on the quieter east end of Panama City Beach, Dunes of Panama is just minutes from St. Andrews State Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, ZooWorld, Signal Hill Golf Course, and countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and adventure.

Parking:

Parking passes will be located inside your condo upon arrival. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass while on property.

Pet Policy:

Up to 2 pets are permitted with a maximum weight of 25 lbs each. A non-refundable pet fee of $152.25 per pet applies and is collected through the Enso Connect Boarding Pass prior to arrival. This fee is separate from any applicable HOA or resort pet fees, and all required pet fees must be paid before check-in instructions are released. Resort and HOA pet rules, restrictions, and fees are subject to change.

Initial Supplies:

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Age Requirements:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking and must be present at the property for the entire stay. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age and identity prior to check-in. Reservations made under false pretenses or on behalf of an underage guest may be canceled without refund.

Enso Boarding Pass:

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You’ll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
