Just minutes away, guests can explore St. Andrews State Park for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and snorkeling, or take a shuttle to Shell Island for a secluded beach experience and dolphin sightings. Family-friendly attractions like mini golf, arcades, and water activities are nearby, along with shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park.

Pet Fee – $200 per pet (Limit of 2 unless otherwise approved)

Restricted Breeds – Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd
Important: Pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Management reserves the right to request proof of vaccination in cases of aggressive behavior or if a pet bites another guest.
Initial Supplies
UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
