Guests enjoy a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere while being just a short walk from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf.
Community amenities include two swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, picnic and grilling areas, and a scenic nature trail that winds through a beautiful native cypress forest. The community also offers direct access to the Timpoochee Trail, making it easy to bike or explore everything 30A has to offer.
Conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, and only a short bike ride from Seaside, WaterColor, and other iconic 30A destinations, Cassine Gardens is the perfect blend of natural beauty, recreation, and coastal convenience.
Initial Supplies:
UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
Enso Boarding Pass:
After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You’ll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival
