Guests will have to register prior to checking in. Online, guests will have to purchase the resort package for the 2BR unit which cost $97.20 and that covers Access to the grounds, wrist bands, and parking.

Shores of Panama is centrally located in Panama City Beach, within walking distance of several popular attractions. Guests are just steps from Pineapple Willy’s and minutes from Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St. Andrews State Park, and boat excursions to Shell Island. Pier Park is a short drive away and offers shopping, entertainment, and seasonal events. Water sports rentals, fishing charters, and golf courses are also nearby.

You’ll find a wide variety of dining options close to the resort. Pineapple Willy’s is right next door for Gulf-front seafood and sunset views. Other nearby favorites include Firefly for upscale dining, Saltwater Grill for fresh seafood and steaks, and Sharky’s for casual beachfront fare. From laid-back beach bites to fine dining, there are options for every occasion just minutes away.

Pets are NOT allowed at Shores of Panama for guests — no exceptions. Only registered owners may have approved pets. Bringing a pet will result in immediate eviction without refund.

◆ Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

After booking, you will receive confirmation email with a link to your Guest Portal and a password/access code, where you’ll find all the important details about your stay: Payment details, check-in/out instructions, link to our support chat room, Interactive restaurant map and more.

◆ A UMB Vacations Rental Agreement & House Rules will be emailed shortly after booking.

The agreement must be reviewed and electronically signed prior to check-in. Door codes and arrival instructions will be sent between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date once the agreement has been completed.

10% Down Payment – Required at the time of booking
Final Payment – Due 14 days prior to check-in

◆ Cancelation Policy

Guests can cancel up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive full refund, no refund within 14 days.
