➥ Pool Rules: Pool Hours: 8 am – 10 pm Condominium armbands must be worn by all owners and guests 12 years
and older. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are located near the east and west pools.
➥ Restrooms are located at each pool area. The beach can be accessed from each of the from each of the pools from 8
am until 10 pm. The center beach access is open 24/7.
➥ Grill areas are located at the north side of the two end pools.
➥ Tennis, Pickleball and Shuffleboard are located in the northwest corner of the property
➥ Fitness center is in the south end of the building next to the tennis and shuffleboard courts. Trash chutes are located on every floor across from the elevators.
